This model is the smaller of the two standard size traffic lights. It has 101 uses! We call it the "AS IS model because it is not custom wired in any way by us. It is pictured wired to demonstrate that it works. Ships complete with a hanger and bottom weather plug. If hanger not needed, make a note in the Special Instructions field provided. We will even replace it with a weather cap if you request.
