Walk Dont Walk Pedestrian Signal with Countdown

This Walk Dont Walk Signal has been refurbished with a new paint finish.  It has a new Sequencer installed.   When plugged in the Hand lights up and stays on approx 23 seconds.  Then it goes out and the Man lights up for approx. 23 seconds.  Once through the first rotation when the Man goes out the Countdown begins and the Hand flashes for approx 20 seconds.  Then the Hand stays on for approx 15 seconds.  The rotation continues until unplugged.   The sequencer has duration settings as well as many other options.  The user manual will be included.
